The SHARE Platform, an entertainment-tech company reinventing who earns when a film succeeds, has formed a strategic partnership with Newell Law Group, granting the boutique law firm a meaningful equity stake in the platform and an observer seat on SHARE’s board. The equity agreement was led by Kimberlina N. McKinney, Esq., Senior Counsel at Newell Law Group. Newell Law Group’s observer role will provide strategic insight on rights, governance, backend structuring, and long-term scalability.
